| Welcome (Updated 7/31/2009) 2009 Info - Watch Here Appointment system will open October 7th at 12:01am - (Just after midnight) Clarification- This would be the night that starts on Tuesday (the 6th) and turns to the 7th after midnight Opening Day is Saturday, November 7th, 2009 All visits are by appointment only - No Walkup or Stand-in Line Appointments are per family - not per child Extended families or groups should have two appointments in same time slot You do NOT need last years User Name/Password - We reset the user database each year to insure accuracy Our Online Appointment System will be used for ALL days we are open! No waiting in line / ticket system We will no longer be able to add visits to VHS tape as equipment is no longer made |

We at Big Shot pride ourselves on our service and the products we offer to our customers. Over the last few years, our Online Appointment System has become extremely popular and convenient, but in 2008 we experienced almost 500 "No-Shows" and/or "Multiple-Bookings" (families who booked more than one appointment but only showed up for one without cancelling the second). In an effort to eliminate this and make sure as many families get to visit with Santa each season as possible, we will be charging a $15 appointment fee at the time you book your appointment online. Of this fee, $10 will be applied to your picture package and/or DVD purchase. The $5 difference will cover website services, the appointment system and credit card fees. We are confident that this will help eliminate the problem, thus making more appointments available for all of our new and existing customers. More details will be posted on our website as we get closer to the system opening. Please check back often for updates.
