We have developed this website to help provide our
customers a special experience when they visit Santa every
year at Phipps Plaza.
We are very proud to have been a part of thousands of
families Christmas tradition for over 27 years at Phipps Plaza.

Appointments are per family - not per child
Extended families or groups should have two appointments in same time slot - Contact us for more info

Please note that the Santa Booth Phone Number is only active DURING the Christmas season while we are at the mall. You may reach us
via email or (706) 752-0907 during the off season.
|The appointment system automatically sends reminder emails out the three days before your scheduled appointment.
Many people are having these blocked by their spam / junk email filters. Specifically Mindspring, Earthlink and any corporate domain (such as
school systems) will block emails with links in them.
Gmail classifies all emails sent from automated services as "PROMOTIONS" please be checking your promotions tab so as not to miss important
emails from us!!

|Pre-Registration for Santa appointments - 2015
Pre-Registration for 2015 is STILL OPEN! Click on the box above or here to Pre-register.
We HIGHLY encourage everyone to set a reminder on your favorite smart phone calendar AP! Reminder emails do go out, but with
the current state of email spam filtration it is always a good plan to have your own safety reminder!
To insure that all of our contact information is accurate - EVERYONE must Pre-Register every year
Please note that "Pre-Registration" does not guarantee an appointment, but is the first step to acquiring an appointment each year.
Everyone must Pre-Register each year so that we make sure we have the most recent contact info.
VERY IMPORTANT!! Do NOT Pre-Register twice with different email addresses!!
If you need us to change your email address please send us a EMAIL, but entering your info twice can result in the system not
sending an invitation to the right address.
|Appointment Info - updated 9/29/15
In late-September, we started sending out email invitations containing a unique link for each customer. Once you receive this email, please
follow the link to the scheduling site to book your appointment. If you fail to book your appointment in a timely manner, you may find that all of
the appointments have been taken.
The system will electronically select registered email addresses and send out invitations in batches per day until all of the appointments
have been booked. We anticipate this process to continue until late October. This process is continuing with well over half the appointments
Please do not call or send any emails requesting your email invitation. The system will send your invitation to the email address you
registered with and will come from "email@example.com". We are also sending a TEXT message if you opted for mobile phone
PLEASE keep an eye on your spam filters to make sure the invitation is not intercepted as junk mail.
