| 2011 Hours of Operation: Schedule Opening Tuesday, November 1st thru Friday, December 23rd, 2011. We will be closed on Mondays except November 21st. Closed Thanksgiving Day , November 24th, 2011. Hours Tuesday through Saturday Morning Session: 10:30 am to 1:00pm Afternoon Session: 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm Evening Session: 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm Sundays Morning Session: 10:30 am to 1:00 pm Afternoon Session: 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm |

| Appointment System News last updated 6/28/2011 This system allows our customers to fit a visit with Santa into their busy Holiday Season. Each family should have a separate appointment. Group photographs can be accommodated as long as both families have booked appointments in the same time slot. Please contact us if there are any questions related to groups. Extended family - (brothers, sisters with their own children) will need their own appointment There are 5 appointment slots per scheduled time This year we will be taking appointments ALL DAYS of the week that we are open! All visits are by appointment only - appointments may be made at the Santa Desk IF AVAILABLE. |

| On September 12th, we started sending out email invitations containing a unique link for each customer. Once you receive this email, please follow the link to the scheduling site to book your appointment. If you fail to book your appointment in a timely manner, you may find that all of the appointments have been taken. To avoid overloading the system as we have in past years, we will stagger the distribution of the email invitations. The system will electronically select registered email addresses and send out invitations in batches of 300 to 500 per day until all of the appointments have been booked. We anticipate this process to continue into October. These email batches are only sent out Monday through Friday. Please do not call or send any emails requesting your email invitation. The system will send your invitation to the email address you registered with and will come from "santaatphipps@bellsouth.net". Keep an eye on your spam filters to make sure the invitation is not intercepted as junk mail. |
